| first week of Feb.i contracted with William stoudt aka link lite data llc,to remove all network and PC components from a store,in Baltimore MD,here the agreed price in a reply email>> Thank you for accepting this work order for the de-installation of their equipment at AJ Wright located in Gwynn Oak, MD. After completion of the SOW and this includes all pics and check lists we will pay the price agreed upon of $575 at NET-14. I won't forgot you helping us out. | The person who made this complaint "Craig" knows that he didn't complete the work as stated in the SOW. He left very expensive equipment behind including the phone system, AP's and more which we had to pay for. We do not rip off anyone who works for us and we are now taking legal action against this person who doesn't even say his name because of the simple fact that he screwed the job up from day one by getting there late and his "helper" didn't show at all putting him in a bad positon. The SOW was explained to him in detail and the work along with deliverables are required at jobs end which we received deliverables that didn't even apply. I would stay away from this guy because his organization is a joke and I must say the most unorganized person we have ever dealt with. |

| I was also contract to do work for Link Lite Data... This Company is a big joke! They owe me lots of money for work that was done.. Again, I am still fighting this matter but, They know no matter what the law is the law. They complain work aint done, and blah blah blah.. The funny thing All work Orders were completed, and they owe the money. Work is work.. but, now since they are several months overdue and racking up the late payments on the invoice.. Plus they ignore letters, emails and so forth.. WOW is this the company you want in your home or business.???? The president thinks he is not touchable, he thinks he does not have to pay.. Well the first thing in business is to know the laws... Pretty soon, The president at link lite is going to have a rude awakening!! He has a terrible personality. Immature, hot tempered and the list goes on. I have filed against him with the state. Also, of course Mr Pres will try to rebudle my statement, and trash what ever he cans... but, rest a sure, I have the black and white documents, the money he owes, the Letters I have been writing him that he ignores... And the funny thing, when we go to court, this will hurt him badly... He is a joke... but, i will say... At least his wife has comon sense. To bad she does not run the business... But, after a lien and or judgement gets placed on his business along with court costs and attorney fee's... maybe he will learn that he is not above the law! |

| This is the so called hot headed President of Link-Lite Data LLC and I would like to comment on Mr. Gibson's comments. First of all this company is a joke and has no right talking about my company when because of his bad decisions costed us at least 30, 000/year in work due to his lack of responsiblity and skill sets. This guy changed our schedule and sent an unexperienced tech to do the work for us when the tech sent was incapable of handling basic telecom work. Because Mr. Gibson didn't do the job as agreed he costed us a lot of money and not to mention serioulsly damaging our repuataion which up to then was steller. Talk all the shit you want Mr. Gibson but keep in mind that when I will counter sue for misrepresentation and losses equaling $30, 000. Good luck! |

| Yeah, Good luck with that... The only thing in your whole statement is that you are Hot Headed... If, I cost you that much then you would of not contracted me for any additional work, and our relationship would of been over a long time ago... Quit trying to get yourself out of the hot seat... You owe me money, I have done and completed work for you... Work is work, you owe me the money... You can counter sue all you want... all it will do is cost you more money out of your broke pocket... You are the one ruining your company by not paying the people you hire. Your little childish guilt trips are good for kids, not people your own age. GROW UP, and learn to run a business... Idiot! |
