This service has offered no benefit whatso ever. In February I sent certified letter cancelling service yet as of June 11, 2011 they continue to bill me. It takes hours to reach anyone on line and once you speak to a customer support rep they transfer you again and once again you are on hold for up to an hour. I need help in getting this cancelled and stopping them from billing me. Please anyone out there don't use this service!

I spent a half day to do the samething today. It took a hours to get through the billing D.P.T.then got cut off while I was out back on hold to talk to the account manager. I had to repeat the process twice with no cancellation. When I tried to call them again my number didn't go through this time. I think they had the system to blocked the calls for the cancellation.

I called the credit card company to report this company. Running GOOGLE!!! This is SCAM !!!
