Lionheart Assurance Solutions
Lionheart Assurance Solutions False Marketing Seattle, Washington

LionHeart Assurance Solutions is a Pre-Paid Legal duplicate with an impressive website and misleading career offers to the unsuspecting, uninformed unemployed.

As a former manager, I posted my resume on line and recently received an email expressing interest in an interview with me from LionHeart Assurance. They also forwarded a questionaire and submitted that I had "excellent responses." In an email, they mentioned that there would be an excercise following the 90 minute interview and a phone interview following that.

I was to go to an office park, let the receptionist know that I had an interview scheduled with LionHeart Assurance, and then participate in a "face to face interview" whereby we could complete the first step of the "mutual evaluation process." I was intending to go, however, after further research, I requested information from the interested party about the interview. No response. I attempted to call a local number for LionHeart Assurance Solutions, no number listed. I even contacted the HR listed on the LionHeart website. No response.

This is a false premise to get people to believe they are going to a legitimate interview only to find that LionHeart is seeking unemployed people to invest their own money in an individual contract "1099" business to sell legal services and credit identity theft protection to small businesses. They have plenty of Google sites touting their company, however, for people seeking employment, there is no salary or base plus commission, nor it would appear, a viable position. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB as well. This is not an ethical way to conduct business, preying on the multitude of unemployed people in this country. It would appear to be another pyramid scheme, although I did not attend the interview, so it's only a guess. They only started the business in June of 2009. I encourage people to do their research before wasting precious time on this apparent scam.
