I purchased a website from this company. After several months on working with them to try to get them to complete it they stopped working on it. I was given many excuses and told they would continue, but they didn't. I was asked for website content which I provided, but without a response. I asked to speak to a manager on many occasions and they would say the manager was not available. Eventually they told me they would no longer work on my site and that I was not entitled to get my
money back. They also refused to give me a physical address, but said they operate out of Hollywood, CA. I doubt it though. The individuals I dealt with were: Barney Cross, Joshua Miller, and Jacob Martinez.
Please do not purchase any design work from this company. I should have read the ripoff report from them before I started working with them.
Too late now.

There is something fishy about this post. For examply why you were working with them for months? A website design usually does not take this much time until it is too big. Secondly, as you say that they had worked on your website for months this means that most probably they have already provided you the service you ordered and probably worked for months to satisfy you and eventually gave up. You must maintain backups of your data no one guarantees backups of data anymore. Its common sense that you backup all your data. May be this is another defamation campaign against competitors?
