After hittinga deer my vehicle was very damaged. Wando approched and promised a loan car and to waive the deductible. After many requestI agreed to have his body shop fix my vehicle. I took my vehicle in July and he promised a two week return. After several weeks he provided a loan vehicle and then after 4 weeks he returned the vehicle. The air condition was not working when he returned it and then after a week of having the car it died on me. He had the vehicle towedback to the body shop. Every week he promised to have the car ready or would give a promise date that he never seemed to be able to keep. Finally in October my daughter went to check on the car and it had not been worked on. At this time I finally had to contact a lawyer to get my car back. The lawyer sent a demand letter and we agreed on a time to get the vehicle back. When I picked up the vehicle there was parts missing, paint was horrible, door was misaligned and the car did not work properly. The lawyer said we could take him to court but it would cost us thousands of dollars to take him to court ( bad lawyer as well ), and Wando threaten with more fees if we did not take the vehicle then and there. Wando had already recieved payment from the insurance company and was still trying to collect for the rental, which he had promised for free and towing and additional repairs he said the insurance did not pay for. The car was not fix, what additional repairs, he did not even perform the repairs the insurance company paid for!! Beware, he is a charmer but he spray paints cars, uses used parts if any and does not do proper repairs. Do not pay him untill the work is done and examined. Insurance Fraud. Be carefull!
