This is a scam and if you don't catch it fast enough it will continue to be deducted from your account. First time it's a one time transaction for $1.00 listed as recordltd.com in the transactions of your bank account. It appears a legit until you look at the transaction closer and the phone number listed with recordltd is missing the digits...86641767??, then the following month and there after you will be billed $18.95 with alternating names of Lookupltd.com or Seektd.com or Recordltd.com as the business that it was paid to but when you call the # listed 8664176790 or 866437-1702 there is a pre-recording that redirects you to Seektd.com. When you go to Seektd.com you will get an error message. Unless you physically close your bank account it will continue to pull out of your account. Even if you close your debit card. I will continue to follow this and hopefully a lawyer or cyber cop will take care of the rest.

I got hit by them too. Checked out their domain, only registered for one year, web site is shut down, can not contact by phone. They are located in Popano Fl. I have reported to every agancy that would take a complaint.

This is definitely a scam. There are three charges on my account two for 1.00 and one for 18.95. I have cancelled my debit card so it cant continue to happen. You cant reach them by phone or the web. Please check your bank statements I imagine if I didn't cancel the card it would continue. Thanks for you help.
