| David Juno started all of this mess. I needed help with a home loan modification and Loss Mitigation Professionals (LMP) came highly recommended. After hearing all I wanted to hear they had me hook, line and sinker. They told me that I would have no issues getting a great modification and that I qualified. I constantly wanted to know what was happening with my lender and the fact that I didn't want to loose my home. Making sure they had talked to them etc. I was told over and over again that they had been in contact with them and not to worry. I sent them their first payment of three, of 665.00 on Dec. 3 2010 and they processed the check twice. After me demanding a refund of the extra payment they sent me a check and the check bounced. After waiting until the end of the month they finally wired the money back less 15.00 in fees. I was told that Glory, Alejandro, Nelson and Brianna were all working on my modification. Finally, when I had made the 3rd payment things started happening or should I say not happening. I was told that my lender was being difficult and that they wern't going to work with them. I made too much money. Any and all excusses. I demanded a refund. I was told, in writting via an email that all I had to do was send them a letter and the refund would be processed right away and that they understood why I was so upset. I sent the letter on 3/1/11 at 10am. At 5:30pm I get a call from (SAM) that they got me a modification and that I had better take it. I had to come up with over 2000.00 now and my mtg. payment went up 400.00 a month for the next 5 months. That is NOT a modification. I had been talking to my lender prior to that to save my home which I was told by my lender, they never contacted my lender. The only thing they did was to request a for a third party authoization. They called this "agreement" a modification to bail themselves out. I paid them 1995.00 for a MODIFICATION, not a agreement. Adrian Salazar refussed to send me proof that they say they have. They have refused to refund my money.They have scammed me and stole my money. Buyer beware of LMP. They promise you everything and deliver nothing but heartache. I almost lost my home to foreclosure because of them. |

| I agree with you completely. It happened to us also. We reported to the Attorney General with all the papers. They took our money and ran away somewhere. Their phone is also disconnected. We called today (June 23, 2011). Wow... Hope somebody out there to confront this fradulent company. |
