I have a small home based welding business, I Orderd a welder on ebay from lotos technology
I waited 7 business days and recieved a cutting machine instead of a welder I called and talked to the lady at lotos and asked her to send me the correct machineand not to send it signiture required because my day job does not allow me to be here she wouuld not do that nor get my correct machine out until fedex picked up the cutting machine and she had the tracking number in the mean time I had to buy another welder so I could keep up with my business their ebay ad stated items must be returned withen 7 days for a refund so I called and asked for a refund they said I could have a refund If when the welder arrived I would send it back and they would issue a refund upon recieving it, instead they tried to send it back again and sent me a nasty email and told me to accept it I filed a claim with ebay so they called back the welder but still wont issue a refund and ebay refused to help
so now I have nothing No $541.00 and no Welder I have called many times and only got the runaround

we sent a new one to the customer and customer sold it on ebay. thanks
