On February 21st, I was searching online to get a good deal on some boots for my teenage daughter and I come across a site that claimed to have them at a discounted price. I then proceed to order the boots and paid for my order. I had not heard anything for a few days so i went back to the site and left a message and asked for a tracking number in which I never received. I later on into the following week received an email from the company stating that they would contact their shipping department and get back to me and that was another week. I since then went back to the site to leave several messages regarding my order and the status. These people left me a message on March, 14, saying that the boots were out of stock! iI am very upset and disappointed, they have no contact number and they have since had a couple of names for this particular site. These people should be found and prosecuted due to the fact that they claim to be a direct affiliate of the ugg company itself since 1994.

the same has happened to me, took the wrong amount to fool me on bank statement, many e-mails from lots of different people .3 months i am trying.its a huge set up scam, lots of people involved, rip off, its to do with Taiwain.and they move about, they will be caught.
