I ordered UGG boots from this website for my daughter. The website looks authentic and they advertise that the boots are authentic UGGs. The price was listed at $92.00, however when I did not recieve a confirmation e-mail I called the credit card company and was told that $117.59 had been charged to my account. The charge was to Decker Factory Corp. I tried to login to the accountI created on lovebootsus.com to see the charge and was not able to. To my horror, there was no phone number listed! I e-mailed them several times and got no reply. I googled Decker and got the phone number. After being on hold for a very long time I finally spoke to someone who told me that they could not find my e-mail address in the system. She wanted my credit card number to see if they had charged it. Are you kidding-how stupid do they think I am!!! When I refused to give her the number she was very rude to me and said "well goodbye then". I am going to have to wait 30 days now and dispute this charge. I am very angry that I fell for this!!! I hope this company gets put out of business for this.
