Lowell E. Kirk of Marine Diesel and Turbine in Annapolis MD duped me into handing him a check for a new outdrive. He then began making excuses as to why it was not delivered and eventually stopped returning my calls. I performed a google search on Lowell Edward Kirk and found that he was wanted for theft and bad checks by Queen Anne's county Maryland. I contacted them, filed a report, and soon the District Attorney pressed charges of theft against him. Mr Kirk is very adept at dodging the legal system. A search of the MD judiciary case search web site revealed that he has a number of both criminal and civil suits that are past and current. The list grows monthly. It took me 10 months and several court appearances, but I did get my money back thanks to Lance Richardson, the DA for Queen Anne's County. If it was not for him, I would still be chasing Mr. Kirk for my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this person and this company. There are people as far as Ontario Canada that have been ripped of by this man.

Please be advised that I knew the owners of 644Christie Ave at the time Lowell lived there. You are right he was a fraud and was evicted from this property in 2005. The owners sold the property shortly after Lowell was evicted and his vehicle was repossessed. So he his a known fraud in the US and also in Canada.
