Luminous Film and Video Wurks Does not ship DVD's or respond to emails Hampton Bays, New York

I am guessing that the company Luminous Film and Video Wurks is either out of business or taking an unannounced break from business without letting consumers know. But based on my report, and that of another, the company is not shipping DVD's out right nowand is not responding to multipleemails.


The site should have the ability to track packages as well as grade their service so others can be alerted to their service.

I ordered three DVDs from Luminous last year and was charged $50 through PayPal. Never got the merchandise. Emailed them ten times, no response, called on the phone ten times no response, sent them letters, no response, filed a complaint with Pay Pay (response was "tough luck, friend", registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, no response, filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal service, no response. Anyway, if I ever head to New York and find the guy, well, we'll see if there is any response.

I had the same experience with Web of Mystery. I paid them $35 via PayPal and received nothing. There was no response to multiple e-mails. Their one response was the eager acceptance of my money.
