Luxury Parlor SCAM, RIPOFF, COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS Internet

I purchased Kerastase products from this website in October 2011. Upon the first use of the products, I was suspicious that the products were not genuine. Nothing smelled like the products I purchased from my salon and my hair felt different after using the products. I tried them again hoping my hair was having an off day, but on the second use, my hair felt much worse than it ever had. I immediately contacted Luxury Parlor to see if I could return the products ($200 worth) because I was concerned the products were not authentic. I got a reply "our products are guaranteed authentic, no returns". After doing some research, they are NOT authorized to sell Kerastase products and I've reported them to Kerastase. I will be sure to tell my experience all over the web and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER.
