LVS Sales LVS Golf Cart Parts Sent wrong parts and won't respond to emails. Very difficult to get action. Miami, Florida

Ordered 15 Zinc Plated Battery Rods (only needed 8 but had to have min. $20.00 order) @ $1.75 per rod. Total order $26.25 + $18.23 shipping/handling. Internet site clearly stated these rods were replacement rods for Club Car P/N-1011505 and also says these rods are 10" long. Rods received were 9" and took 2 months to arrive. I had no response to emails requesting status or the order and after receipt no response concerning the difference in size. Finally talked to, I believe it was a lady named Carmen, who had a problem answering my questions and appeared to be referring to someone else then coming back to the phone etc. I asked to talk to the manager, who I assume she was referring the questions, but she advised the manager was not in and when pushed said to call on Monday so I asked for a name and was informed "Vivian" was the manager. From previous calls I knew this was just another stall so did not follow this up. Bottom line they did offer the right size but the price was $3.20, which incidentally was the original price for the rods that I ordered on sale at $1.75! Her remark was well you don't have to order as many. Well I wasn't born yesterday - there is something wrong with this Company. My guess is that this is just a store front that takes orders then goes to suppliers to fill the order. When they screw up, and probably sometimes intentionally, they simply ignore you and hope you will go away.
BEWARE - GET YOUR GOLF CART PARTS FROM A BONNIFIDE DEALER.

Ordered a light kit for a golf cart, but nothing has turned up for 2 months, I can't even find an email address to complain or even ask what is the problem. Can anyone assist me to get in contact with lvs sales inc.
