Back in December of 2004 I was contracted to repair air conditioner condensing units, find leaks refill and returne to svc, some easy most hard to find, in walls celings etc... The manager carrie berrie yes thats her name signed my bills, and told me i would get a check within 30 days, on the 12th i recieved a check for 1/3 of the parts and labor after asking why, i was told it was to much money for what i was charging and that i could basicly pound sand for the ballance of the monies owed,The next step was yes a land shark (attorney) i retained to post a lien against the property i repaired a/c units for. Anyway this took a long time before we got to court, and got a judgement against them for 42k, this is for over 100 units repaired due to shotty workmanship from the other contractor/s.I found out that myers had sold the property before we could collect the ballance. I was then told i would have to go to texas and find a lawyer there! now several years and hundreds of dollars later, myers attorneys have found a way to screw me again. Anyway i do not recomend, doing any work for this company or its affiliates, untill you have the monies due! they could very well screw you to.
