Loan insurance payment

I was approved for $7,000 loan. Steven Sandler said I needed to pay $920.16 and $86 fee to a Nadine Clarke in Hamilton City,Ontario,Canada at the Cardif Pinnacle Insurance Company. I never received my money for deposit back yet or the Loan of $7,000. Mr Sandler told me when I called because no money was deposited in my bank account that lender now would only approve me for a $10,000 loan. I needed to pay more money since I had paid for $7,000 not $10,000. I ask if lender could put money owed in loan and include it in my loan payments. He would not and even though I told Mr Sandler that I had given him my bill money because he told me loan and deposit money would be in my bank by 12 noon next day.
I asked for deposit money to be sent back in minutes the way he had me send it for I still need to pay my bills. I only get blame on lender and excuses from Mr. Sandler. I just need my money back if this is a real company but I feel that they are a scam since I still have not seen any money. Mr Sandler had me send the money on June 3rd.

Well the same thing happened to me last week. I spoke with Ms. Leanne Cohen who reassured me I would receive my deposit back and still have not received anything back. I was approved for $5000 then the lender decided to back out and she would find me another lender. I had to send more money which I did not have or I would not be boring. Anyway I tried to call the next day and the line was out of order and now there is no website.
