False Advertising/Deceptive/Non Existent Customer Service/Scam!

I too fell for the advertising. A simple 19.95 SET plus S&H turned out to be over $100. I expected to see a screen where you review your transactions before submitting payment and they cleverly omit that. I tried submitting again because the information on my card did not match the information on the web form, same thing - zapped for anoter $112. The next business day I immediately called the company and was told they do not handle billing issues or returns. Instead, I am referred to Customerstatus.com. That site does not link you to a live person, you cannot cancel or stop the charge. Instead you are forced to wait until the product ship, pay shipping again to return it and be at their mercy for reimbursement. I work for a bank and should have known better! I have filed a fraud case to get reimbursed, and will advise my mom to refuse the delivery so the post office can send it back. Becuase of the way the web form is laid out, a shippment is coming to me with my mom's name on it! That shippment will go right back. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau of New York.

This company is still routinely ripping folks off! I too was a victim just today...please DO NOT buy from this company and get ripped off too. Google/research Magic Mesh and you will see it is nothing but a scam.
