Magnolia Care Living assistant administrative is not fair spokane, Washington

Magnolia used to be a good place to put your love ones in and to work there. The owners hired an administrator who is a friend of their's and this lady is crooked as hell. This company dont like to give raises to their employees, the benefits are really bad, and she has went through a dozen or so for employees. I was forced to work graveyard after been there four and half years because she cant find some to take the shift. This lady told me that if I did not go to graveyard that she would fire me. I taking the graveyard shift and when another employee went to her about our pay for the graveyard shift, in which she knownly cheated dozens of the employee for years she became pissed off and targeted me and I ended up hurting my right shoulder by doing work that she made me do, which I was never hired to do, I called her and she asked me to come in becauses she wanted to talk to me anyway. I went there and as I went to tell her about my shoulder injury she fired me for not giving a resident a shower. This resident did not want to take a shower and I can not make her take a shower becaus its her right. Well anyway she fired me for this and then went and contacted the state saying that I abused the resident for not giving her a shower. This lady tried to have my nursing license taking. Then she went and tried fighting Labor and Industry and unemployment in which she did not win. This lady went as far as giving bad references when other businesses call for a reference. Now she is way out of line and she knows it. Since I have not been there she has lost two residents(died), several other residents are moving out because of her. She has no activities for them to do because the company cant afford it. There is something wrong here because they have 30 residents on oneside and 20 residents on the other side and they are charging these residents there whole check, all but $30 to live there. This is crazy, I would not put my dog there with her. Just beware if you are looking for an assistant living for anyone and I suggest not to go to Magnolia Care..............
