main st fuels / propage guys lousy service and thrown out of store when i went there holbrook, New York

I contacted Main St Fuels / Propane Guys to have my gas grill serviced as the burners were rotted out.I gave them my contact info and was told the serviceman , named Chris , would contact me.After contacted them several more times , i was finally able to have Chris call me. I attempt to have Chris come to my house and he was never committed on an actual date. I told him to go to the house and look at what had to get done and let me know. Chris never showed. This went on for 3 weeks.I was attempting to have a 4th of July party , like everyone else wanted to. I called the office again , and this time i spoke with a co-owner , who stated that Chris was goin to call me back. I called Chris the next day and he told me that HE was havin his 4th of July party the next day ( being Sun the 4th ) and he hung up on me. I went to the store today and was able to speak to the same co-owner in which i had the previous conversation with. He couldnt explain to me why Chris never showed up. At that point , the other co-owner came from the back room and was extremely agitated that i was in the store complaining. The 2nd co-owner stated that" he heard enough of me complaining and i had to go , and he hoped i felt better now ". NICE SUSTOMER SERVICE . Everything has been documented with phone calls to his place of business , Main St Fuels / Propane Guys , but yet he am the one who gets agitated when i dared complain. The 2nd co-owner stated that he needed a $30.00 deposit before they sent someone out , which was never told to me , in the approx 8 telephone calls i had with them. I told him i was never told that , and id of come in to give the deposit had i kn own , and he asked his co-owner who stated " i forgot to tell him about that ". They cant communicate between each other , let alone with a customer. So after being dragged along patiently for 3 weeks , and having to borrow someones bbq , while Chris was home havin fun at his after hanging up on me , i get yelled at and basically thrown out of the store by a guy whos barely taller than the counter and has a big mouth. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORD OF MOUTH IS HUGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont put yourself in the same position i was put in. They are incompitent
