I received offers to complete Broker Price Opinions for this company. I accepted three orders for a total of $165.00. I completed the reports, which they kicked back to me claiming the pictures are wrong (which was not true) and that they wanted me to change the report to match some other report some else did. She also gave me properties to put in the reports. This is not ethic to do since I am filling out a report to say what they want me to say, instead of my own opinion. I can loose my license by doing this. I told the lady I was out with clients and will work on the report when I am done with my client appointment. I received the following state from their company: "This is not acceptable, comp photos should never be uploaded for the subject. There are two orders that this was done on. Both orders are now going to be re-assigned. You will not be compensated for any work that has been done on either order and your profile is going to be reviewed by the vendor manager." I used my time and gas which is $3.55/gal at this time in order for them to breech their contract, and make up a lie so they wont have to pay me for the free report they receive then wanted me to alter to add the properties she wanted on the report. I will not do anything unethical to put myself on the line, so their company can lie to their customer

I have a similar situation that happened to me w/Main Street. I never received payment for six reports. Same exact situation. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
