I purchased more than $500 in domain names from this company. After several days, those domain names appeared nowhere on the internet. After further research I proceeded to GoDaddy.com, where the domains were still available for purchase; I proceeded to the checkout and actually bought them from GoDaddy. I tried repeatedly to contact customer support from Marcaria without success -- the customer service answering machine says no one is available and to leave a message. To this day these domain names (that I've purchased from GoDaddy -- where the domains are parked right now) are still listed under my Marcaria account and the $532 transaction is still listed in my bank account. What truly scares me is this company is a featured listing on Google and has a 4.2 star rating with Google Checkout. How can this be when they don't even deliver domain names or have customer service??
