Here is an email that I sent Mr. Cantrell. It is only the tip of the iceberg, but will give people an idea of who he is Mr. Cantrell. you have had sufficient time to issue us the refund that we requested based on your fraud, deceit and misrepresentation. I have done my research and I am preparing a small claims action. You may want to save yourself public embarrassment and settle this prior to filing.
As you know, your services were retained on three premises ...al three having been proven to be fraudulent /and/or misrepresented.
1. your advertising explicitly states that you are located in Temecula. When we contacted your office, we were told by your paralegal that you are in Temecula. We knew the importance of hiring counsel that had a relationship with that local District Attorneys office. We were assured that you did. After payment, you had Ryan meet you in Riverside and later found out that you have no Temecula office.
2. your online reviews which give you 5 stars turn out to be from a paid for service. These reviews are completely untrue and fabricated. I have copies of all of them, and the problem of course is that all of the reviews are for the same companies. I have contacted some of these other companies and they have verified that they had, indeed , paid a company for these fake reviews,. I am working on affidavits, so no need to try to deny it. How dare you...is this the type of professionalism that the public should expect from one with the highly acclaimed juris doctorate degree? It behooves a used car salesman, not an attorney at law. You were retained based on these fraudulent reviews.
3. The misrepresentation from your paralegal. She forced me to pay you before we had even had a consultation !!I thought this strange at the time, but she insisted that you handled these cases all of the time, and that you would have it thrown out of court within a month, just like she had seen you do with much more serious cases. It turns out that once there WAS a meeting, the only thing that came out of your mouth was doom and gloom. Now we were financially committed based on your employees misrepresentation.
As far as our complete and utter dissatisfaction with you throughout the process, disgust is an understatement. You were continually deceitful yes we can PROVE that you never discussed this case with the District Attorney's office and that you NEVER requested a plea on his behalf. Phone call after phone call were never returned, we have our phone bills to prove there were no returned calls . Your mission was to drag this out as long as you could in order to rob us of the maximum amount of money that you could and do nothing in return. Even with my pleas to you to give my son Ryan some hope due to his fragile mental disabilty, you cruelly and continually taunted him with the fact that he might go to jail. When I tell other attorneys what we went through with you they are in utter disbelief until i show them the emails.
