I Was Ripped Off By This Company.
IWorked A Lot Of Hours For This Company.
And I Never Got Paid. I Was Supposed To Get Paid On The 1st & 15th Of Each Month
But It Didn't Work Out That Way.I Have Received 1 Check Since
I Started Working For This Company January 25,2011. The Check Was Bad So I Called Her & She Sent Me A Money Order
For The Amount Of My Check Plus The Money The Bank Charged. So I Thought It Was Going To Be Ok,So I Kept Working For Them
Because I Needed A Job,Now Here I Am Waiting For My Money.
She Claimed She Sent My Pay Out On Tuesday April 5,2011
She Said She Sent Money Order. I Should Have 3 Payments In 1 Money Order.

Dear User 843266 be sure to contact your sheriff's office AND the one in Heidi's backyard too! The labor board is a good place to file also, you can get the forms online. This is Linda Richter. Ellen Webb, another exemployee (not mentioning name) and I have been sending rip off announcements too. Check her out on CafeMom (mills92105 ) there are lots of little tid bits in there on the Mills family including Joseph N. Mills. Marketing by Heidi LLC takes advantage of those who are disabled, stay at home moms, down on their luck or just unemployed.
You know, it would not matter if you were independently wealthy. If you worked for someone and they got paid for your services...YOU SHOULD GET PAID. By the way, if anyone wants to report them PLEASE write the name correctly. It won't come out right on the search engines if you don't. Its MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC OR appointmentsrusllc.com DONT PUT SPACES BETWEEN THE WORDS IF THEY ARE NOT THERE...We want to hear what you have to say! By my putting them in this post, they are now "out there".
I am making a guess that MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC CEO HEIDI MILLS pays approximately 10% of what she owes people who have worked for her just as a matter of general rule and relies on them getting mad and just fading into the woodwork. Well, not me.
Anyone I spoke to comes up with about 10 - 15% of their pay being received. That includes me. And THAT WAS AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND BEING LIED TO THAT THE REPS FROM EPS90 DID NOT PAY HER.

I dont know who you were calling for, since there were 3 companies that I knew of...EPS90 (ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEMS) ... ADT ... and some other comany that was selling radiation guards. I don't know their name. Also, I found out that there was an insurance company too. This I found out from a former "team leader" who will remain nameless until she "outs" them herself. I will not do that for her. According to her, she was unpaid by them as well for services rendered.
HELLO... INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) I think they need to be audited! I know they were being paid around 25.00 per appointment set...regardless of the outcome...plus commissions on those that did sell. Their employees were to be paid 5.00 per appointment set...regardless of the outcome. So there is a little fuel to start the fire. I know that I was not a happy camper to find out that they were pocketing that much money and not even paying me. But they probably were showing it as a deduction to the IRS on their tax returns...SHAME SHAME SHAME. I can tell them right now that I now know of SIX people who worked and were bilked out of 90% of their pay that MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC is probably showing as payroll expenses. I also send a HOWDY to the SHERIFF'S OFFICE IN AKRON OHIO...what are they waiting for????? We have sent them plenty of information as well as the media. Heck, if I was Heidi and Joseph / Joe Mills, I would be packing a light bag and heading for the hill or the Phillipines. Oh, wait, they can't escape there either. They have bilked THOSE PEOPLE out of pay too. Handicapped people who brought their friends in to work too AND NOBODY GOT PAID!!! |

I too got ripped off for 80 hrs worth of appointments I set for Marketing by Heidi (MBH )and now they opened a new company called Appointments R Us and scamming other people as well, One of the clients I worked for EPS90 and I was never paid a red cent by Heidi or Joe Mills. They just kept putting me off with one lie after another so that I would get mad and they could only pay me a commission, which they never paid me either. After posting a ripoffreport complaint, they went online and posted a phoney article about the one person they were paying who was their partner in crime named Misty, who originally hired me. Their toll free number is fairly new as they disconnected their home number and fax number. Hope that you people who find ads on craigslist and cafemom.com, check out these companies before you start working for them and waste all of your time setting appointsments for them and then not getting paid.
After numerous attempts to collect the money they owe me, they claim that they are going to sue me for harrassment, dig that crooks wanting to sue innocent hard working people for harrassment when they are the crooks stealing from you.
A word to the wise, check out the company you decide to work for and investigate them investing your time or money, just google the name of the company or their name and if ripoffreport.com or other scam article links are first, don't go any further.
