Markettools zoompanel not given credit for survey completed san francisco, California

On April 21st Zoompanel aka Markettools, ask me to do survey 100502865 for 500 points, which took about 30 minutes. I successfully completed the survey and answered all the questions that were asked. At the very end of the survey I got an error saying "unable to identify ID or URL". I only received 5 points for the survey. I immedentally contacted zoompanel about this issue. Since then I have emailed them 3 times about this issue all which have been ignored on there part. On the last email I sent them on May 12th, which would have been the 3rd attempt, I told them that if I did not receive the 500 points I would be reporting them to the BBB, ripoffreport and survey police forums about their refusing to issue me the points. Again the email was ignored again. All I ask is that they honor there promise in the 500 points, which is equivalent to $5, for successfully completing the survey they asked me to do.
