A young well dressed and spoken man knocked on my door and identified himself as Nick Famularo, son of a neighbor (I didnt know) and proceeded to quickly speak to me about his school's football team and how they needed funds to travel to a bowl. Not being familiar with bowls andhe was so comfortable and well spoken I got duped into a blank form of magazine subscriptions which he advised would not generate magazine deliveries but would be collected as a group for the funds necessary for the team. Told me his mother would be dropping off the schedule of games the next day and that if I donated he and teammates would come to the house on Saturday to do clean up yard work or any work I needed.Since it was Christmas and he looked so legit, including telling me his mom walked her two labs in our neighborhood all the time, I went into the house and wrote a check to MFA, per his instructions which I now realize is a scam by Marquis Fulflillment Agency LLC.

Very stupid of me but want to make all aware. I gave $306.00 to a well polished and the check has been processed and deposited
