Michael Troyan was referred to me by another realtor in the area. He said he had access to private lending. Marhall, Meyer and Strong was the name of the company and the guy running the operation was Terry Zisman. I have church clients here in the area that are looking to purchase real property. Funding for this type of project is rare these days. Private funding seemed to be the solution. Against my better judgement, my clients proceeded to give Mr. Troyan more than $10,000 of up front funds to get the lending process started. Sharon Arnold is the processor for Mike Troyan. All we ever got from them was the run around. Stall tactics, requests for addtional information. Eventually, they would basically say that it's the clients fault for not getting them addtional information. Or that the client was not providing the correct information. I know of several other business acquaintances that deal with church groups that have never been able to get anything accomplish with this company or its individuals. All they do is take your money and run.
