A mechanic at this shop in Fayetteville North Carolina screwed me over. They were referred to me by someone else who is a mechanic, I feel stupid because I sent my family to these jerks. I needed a headlight fixed on my car, instead of him doing the job correct , he cut a wire that caused my fuel pump to go out. When I went back up there to ask for my money back he lied and told the owner that it was already like that. The owner whom I am assuming his name is Martin ,dont have a first name ( now I know why), told me just bring the receipt back today and he will give me a refund. Today I took time off my job and went up there, he was "no where to be found". He is trying to avoid me after telling me yes he would give me my money. I had another mechanic ,someone who knew what he is doing put me a new fuel pump in the car on May 13, 2011 that new fuel pump is acting up already so the new mechanic got down to the bottom and took time out of busy schedule to look over my car really good. On May 17, 2011 I had trouble cranking it again after he checked everything out thats when he told me a wire had been cut and it was thrown back together. This cause the fuel pump to overwork itself and finally just quit. My car could have exploded and killed me and my daughter both. I paid $220 for the job Martin did and the I had to turn around and pay $469.85 to get the new fuel pump. And now that one is going bad now, luckily it was under warranty but I will still have to pay this other mechanic for labor. This business needs to be careful I feel like they are very inconsiderate of other people's feelings and lives. Basically they put me my daughter's lives in so much danger. I feel that they need to be put out of business. Other citizens need to know how crooked they are so they will not get ripped off!
