ripped me off for alot of money and had my truck for almost 2 years in his shop

I have a site I am building, www.marylanddieselperformance.com that I own the domain and building a site to show all my emails I sent to Craig Briggs of Maryland Diesel Perf.com showing how I gave him $16K deposit towards the truck being rebuilt engine and transmission, etc and in turn I had to wait almost 2 years and the only way i got the truck is by the police showing up at their shop and warning them, I got the truck back not working, it doesnt run, not road worthy and I was told by the owner Craig Briggs that I rushed him and there is alot more to the story and unfortunately I have the truck in my driveway and it doesnt run and he refuses to fix it and in that 2 years there was as span of 6 months roughly where he ignored me and disappearred, when he did respond he had no care in the world, gave me trouble for harrassing him and threatened me that he will send the truck back in parts if i keep calling him, every week was next week, every month was next month and 2 years later, I am out 10s of thousands of dollars and a truck that was for my business that I cant use since it is useless and not drivable, now I am told that he did not agree to making it road worthy and that it is my responsibility to make it road worthy and is threatening me if i post my emails him and i sent back and forth for 2 years.
