| on 8/26/11 we went to matress world in beaverton oregon and ordered a new patress to be deliver to us so the delivery was set for 8/31/11 and on that day the delivery truch came and this is an other trik they do first they remove your old matress as part of the sale for free then they move in the new matress so these guys did the same 1st took our old matress to the truck then got the new one in the house and as you may guss the matress was used old dirty spoted lumy pee stains and it had sand and dirt even in the seems so we did not excepted and call the store before the drivers leave and we was told sorry we get you an other one so they left us with the old one and took our own matress with them so one day passed 2 day passed no one called so i called and the sale person told me they dont have any more of the one we ordered and they have to get it from factory and it will take 3-4 week at least so i told them i dont want the matress just cansol the order and return our own matress so he said ok and again they fooled me 1day no call 2 day no call so 0n the 3rd day i called the corporate office ans spoke with george and he told me we are sorry and we will get you a new matress at no cost to you so i was surprise and i asked you are just pulling my leg or not and he said no we will send you a free matress for all you troble and by that time me and my wife was sleeping on the floor for 10 days beacuse the matress they delivered was so bad and dirty and god know what kind of bug was on it.soi was happy and we waited to hear back and the next day they called for delivery and showed up with another matress but we got fool again the driver came with a full price invoice for us to sign so i called George and told him what is going on we have been sleeping on the floor beacuse of you for the past 10 days and its going on and you want to cash out and he told me you miss undrestud me and you have to pay full price so we refused the whole thing and told the driver to take everthing and go but the problem is we are sleeping on the floor and matress world took our own matress witch had no problem very clean firm and nice all we wanted to do was to go from Queen size to king size for more room and see what happened to us we even lost our own matress and sleeping on the floor and matress world dont even care so i like all the peoples to know do not be fool by the lady owner and her kids on the advertasment you do not sleep like a baby you get ripoff and they get rich and custumer service is ziro.if there is a lawer and think i have a case to stop this madness please call or email me.thank you |
