I called back and got Truddy she is the rudest person i've ever delt with said she did not recieve a fax i gave her my name and phone number. she called me back at a real inconvent time and asked that i fax overa copy of my drivers licens and a copy of the front and back of my credit card.

I sent back the cpoy of driver's licens and called and told her for security purpposes i did not feel confortable faxing the copy of credit card.she was rude. I asked if i could speek to her superviser and she said she was the manager.I told her fine that i would call masa auto pawnshe started to rant and i hung up.

I called massa auto pawn in Pueblo and told the person that i wanted to know who Truddies superviser was spoke to a john very polite man I told him what was going on and i wanted Truddy's superviser. he told me to call a number and asked for a kim that that was Truddie's superviser.

John then explained why they have the policy of the the autherization form and things my words not johns because stupid pepole will call put it on a credit card and then cancel the payment.

ok now that some one explained it to me fine i understood. hung up and called the number that John gave me. Truddy answered the phone and again refused to put me through to Kim.

She then called my husband who has in the past stated how rude Truddy is to me and told him to have me not call.

if she would have put me through to her superviser KIm i would have done what was needed to so that i could make the payment.I was not going to deal with Truddy's rudeness and abuse. and if She would have taken the time to explain why they had that policy in the firsst time around the claws would not have flown out so fast .

Masa auto Pawn is great have bought several things from there they have Always treated us good and would recomend them to pepole but Beware of Trudy.
