We purchased a house from the McLaughlins that had pigeon lofts in the barn. It was filthy and we had very specific instructions drawn in our real estate contract as to the cleaning of these condtions. Frank did not clean the barn nor use the chemicals we specified in the contract. Instead he took a tractor, pushed the feces to another area of the property and tried to cover it with branches. We didn't discover this until 3 or 4 months of living on the property.

Franks refused to clean the barn as stated in the contract. We then had professional estimates done of $43,000 and $67,000 to clean it. The large amount are indicative of the condition in which it was left.

In addition to the pigeon situation, there are numerous illegal issues left by the McLaughlins which we haven't even addressed yet, due to the health issues involved with the feces left being a top priority.

In addition to us they left they had issues with the two Snap Fitness Centers in Oregon that Robin claims to have founded on-line. The purchasers of one center told me they settled out of court because he could not afford the attorney fees.

Robin also claims to be a real estate investor. Their home at 14810 SW 141st Ave, Tigard, Oregon was foreclosed on in August 2010. I believe they now live with Frank's parents.
