MDC Agency, LLC MD Displays Failed to perform. Failed to refund money. rochester, New York

MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com) failed to issue a refund after the fraudulently induced us to sign a contract by Our company contracted for 2 specific models for a tradeshow. After being informed the 2 models we wanted were available, we signed the contract and sent in. Immediately thereafter, we were notified that one of the models we selected (our first choice) would not be able to appear at the tradeshow. We requested a refund. The owner of MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com), David Gascon, refused to offer a full refund despite fraudulently inducing us to sign the contract by saying that the 2 models we wanted were available.

Do not use MDC Agency (tradeshowmodels.com). They lie and refuse to issue refunds when they can't perform as promised.

I had the same experience. They are now working yet another name Vantage Advertising, Avoid all three if you dig around online for them the company of one company is they guy staffing for the other company and it goes on and on. They are all connected www.models4tradeshows.com, MDC agency (www.mdisplays.com, David is suposedly the president of this company yet staffed for me), yet Steve Adams is the president of the other company and now they have Vantage Advertising. They did not provide a model and did not refund my money.

So, they setup furniture and staff models? Do they scam their furniture clients? If not stick to furniture.

They are all connected and all a scam. Stephen Adams, David Gascon and I forget the other guys name.

You can see they made a contest out of creating the logo for their third scam company.

Avoid at all costs and I am curious as to what is going on here.
