My husband and I lived in Meadowview for FIFTEEN years and was there when the first owner sold the park to the current owner, Tom Masachi. We found a house with land and sold our trailer to a nice young couple. We followed all rules and regulations of NY state AND the park. When it came time for the owner of the park to return our security deposit back to us as in the NY state laws, he didn't and as a matter of fact gave us the run around. The girl at the office asked me twice what they owe me and I told her, but I never received ANY of my deposit back. First...she should have known what I was owed since they are supposed to according to the law put it in an interest bearing account in my name of which they didn't. Secondly...I had to ALWAYs call them, they never called me even when they promised to call me. I have reported them to the better business bureau several times since contacting them and getting the runaround and they never responded which doesn't favor well with their public image. I knew something was up when I got a letter from a former tenant informing me that same thing happened to them. BEWARE future tenants of Patriot properties. They make a business name up for EVERY property they buy so they have many aliases. They own several mobile home parks and apartments as well as business and private properties. They don't care about anyone but making themselves richer by taking your money and NOT returning it to you!!
