There is absolutely no idea of customer service or common courtesy.

They charged me the same amount for a 30 day prescription as for a 90 day prescription, and nobody bothered to call me to say that I could save money if I had the prescription resubmitted for 90 days. They charged me $112 for a 30 day prescription that would have cost $45 at the retail pharmacy. And, they refuse to accept any refunds. The agent said you can return it but your plan does not allow returns. And if you don't pay, it will go to a collection agency.

I would rather spend more money and deal with a friendly local pharmacy where there is a caring person and a commitment to service.

I paid $27.00 for a 30 day prescription at my local pharmacy and later I thought I try getting a 90 day prescription at Medco and save money. Boy was I wrong, I ended up paying $182.00 for a 90 day prescription.What a Ripp Off! I'll never do business with them again

They are horrible they always have a reason to hold up your less and we have to get most less thru them with our plan. Bad customer service.
