Wrong Debit

Same thing hppened to me and I wrote a mail to media feed as below:
April 14 ,2011 Mail
dear Mr Jonathan Si,
Please see the confirmation for cancellation of my account with Media feed by you on my request in the mail recd from you.
But in my latest Credit card bill For March 2011, you have charged the amount given below:

26/03 05206651088 PLI*WWW MEDIAFEED ME Plimus,I
Rs 3263.82
It is not fair on Media feed 's part to charge after confirming that no further charges will be made.

Please arrange to refund the amount debited to my account.

I had sent several reminders They did not reply. Again today I sent the following mail
May 5, 2011
Dear sir,
You have not replied to my previous mails for wrong debit of charges towards Media feed site usage.
Is your company a fraudulent one to charge and take away money from the credit card holders with out permission of the card holder..
If your reply is not reaching me within 48 Hours, I will certainly report to CYBERCRIME dept at Chennai giving all the proof of messages received from you , confirming that no futher cahrges will be made to my card , but you had made a debit after the above.confirmation. I had requested several times thro email to refund the wrong debit, but you refused to reply.
I am awaiting your reply.
