Medlee's Sue Austin sellin defective show dogs Batavia, New York

I purchased a male show papillon from sue Austin on February of 2008 about one month after I received him he started not eating, sick, at the vets constantly. when I questioned sue, she always blamed it on me.. meanwhile the dog is still losing weight.. had numerous tests done.. started showing him in shows. and he continued to get worse at the shows having to pull him from numerous shows.. and bring him home to vets. first time his kidneys were shutting down , treated with antibiotics. then seemed to get better when he was at home and not under stress.Sue told me well he needs to get over it.. took some time off with him in the show ring.. and took him to orchard park where a bile acid test was done and cat scan of his liver.Bile Acids high before and after scan showing nothing. But his gal bladder was enlarged. took him back to a show with same results. vomiting , diahrea. and not eating. made appt. for Cornell university where he underwent another bile acid test.. again higher. took him back for a nuclear scan. meanwhile another Co breeder to sue,who no longer has anything to do with her. told me that she co bred a litter with sue .. having the same lines as My male that had a liver biopsy and was diagnosed with MVD.. Meanwhile the relationship between me and sue is deteriating fast. with me confronting her. and telling me she would not give my money back I spent 2500.00 for this boy. as a show dog! At Cornell university. the Liver Queen out there determined with all the problems and knowing that she had a related dog of my dog diagnosed. it is MVD with all his problems with weight gain.

took her to court for the money , and she literally told the judge I needed to return the dog.( to what put him down and sweep it under the rug..) I told the judge that was not what I wanted to do. I could not after caring for him eighteen months just turn him over to her. the judge asked her and what is her restitution sue replied NOTHING! well to make matter short judge ruled she was unethical, as a breeder and unconsciousable , I was able to keep my boy. with restitution of 1,020.00 not near what I have put into him of the amount 2500. vet bill amounting to 4097.00 and continuing.. Sue Austin knew of this affliction in her lines . and of the other puppy. and did not disclose when I asked her. Just kept putting the blame on someone else.. or me .. and my care.

I want to get the word out PLEASE BE CARFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HER..

she is still breeding his parents. thus, possible putting someone els heart on the line and the added expense. of unsuspecting people.. I called the agricultural markets. which is a friend of sue Austins. and get no where.. with that..
