Members Edge LLC Billing $14.95/mo for unknown service or product Hackensack, New Jersey

I was charged $14.95 on my November 2010 Verizon bill for services from Members Edge LLC. I complained to the telephone number given, and was assured that a credit would be issued.




My December Verizon billing does show a $14.95 credit, along with two more charges for $14.95 to the same entity.

I was just informed by Verizon that I was charged by this company for almost a year! My fault for not checking my FIOS bill in detail every month. Since I have triple-play, my monthly bill varies a bit, so I never even noticed it before. I feel totally violated and this company has NO proof that we ordered anything. They claim that my husband ordered a "Family Discount Network" package (which he did not). Our personal information provided from them could be found by searching the internet - nothing detailed. Not enough proof in my opinion. I am working with Verizon to have this rectified asap and they froze their billing.
Please take heed. This could happen to you!!
