I ordered a rug cleaning certificate from Memphis Half Off. The company whom I paid is incentRev in Granville OH. The certificate was delivered as promised, only the company for the certificate could never be reached. After 14 or more attempts and leaving a return phone number, I have never been contacted by the rug cleaning company 20 days after first contact.

I asked incentRev for a refund to which they claimed they could not reimburse due to a "terms and sale clause" which states all sales are final. That should have been my first clue to a non reputable company. Any reputable company would reimburse you for something you did not recieve. My bad.

I suggest you not do business with Memphis Half Off as they will use incentRev as the paying agent. incentRev does not appear to have a clue as to what kind of company they represent. Any company can walk away from the transaction and it appears it does not make any difference to incentRev.

I am suggesting you stay away from half off deals and in this case it was 75 percent off deals as they are too good to be true. Again my bad. So I suggest you stay away as well.

I purchased a 50% off thru a local TV station in San Diego, CA and tried to use the certificate but the restaurant is closed. I drove by and there was no longer a restaurant sign with their name on it. Also I. Called their phone number several times with no answer just keep ringing. Now I have to try and get my $50.00 back or a different certificate to another restaurant. What a hassle.
