My wife ordered 2 side sleepers -you buy one receive the same one for free. She called using number supplied on TV commercial. For a $19.99 item I was billed over $40.00, I received 2 sets. I want to send all back and requessting a refund. I checked box several times for order invoice. NOTHING no billing statement, contact number. I was fraudulent billed, I ordered and received extras charges. After looking at reports of this company I am shocked that they're able to continue to do business.

I responded to an infomertial promoting the "World's Greatest Meatloaf pan". If was a twofer...buy one and get another free, plus a neat knife. Hey, listen, I find some decent junk, just a little overpriced from China. I thought I'd invest a little over twenty bucks after separate shipping, etc. So I called, ordered, and then listened as the computer tried to sell me upgraded products, oven mits, and I don't remember what else. I answered "no" to all the followup pitches., but they went on and on so, tiring of the game, I began saying "Cancell", each time I was asked to respond to anything. Finally, I just hung up. Last week I had a notice that I had an oversize box at the post office. Right, it was my Meat Loaf Pan (s) and Knives. FOUR of them. I immediately called Discover Card to find out what I had been charged. It was $57 something. Actually, I was relieved. I had thoughts of a major rip off. At first, I was going to have Discover dispute the charge and send the whole load back, but then I opened one of the boxes. It was really neat. I figured that they cost me less than $15 bucks a piece. Do I need four? Hell no, but there's one for my son, one for my cleaning lady and the other to be kept for a gift. They probably think they ripped me off, but I'm happy and I don't have to repack the stuff and drag it back to the PO and pay for it.
