This website gives the impression that the software is free. Then when you install it is totally disfunctional. It only merges two files at a time and then plasters the word "sample" across your document, rendering it totally useless.
I sent an email to their support asking them if they could please disclose that they want a whopping $30 for this piece of crap software before letting people download it.
Here is the response I received: "At least you were dumb enough to download the program, install it, and run it. Sorry, but you're the dumb one! Actually, I'm also a dumb one for responding but I couldn't resist! You sound like a competitor..." I wouldn't left a review about this had the company not given me this snotty response. My complaint was valid. They said nothing about wanting to be paid $30 for the software until it was already installed and on my computer. This company has ripped me off of my valuable time which I will never regain. They need to learn a lesson that if they want money for their software, they should disclose it up front rather than acting like it is free, then doing the bait-n-switch by wanting money for it when it is installed on the customer's computer.

Hmm...we've downloaded the program and yes we saw that it merged 2 files. But it solved our problem and we were more than willing to pay for it. If fact, the program works pretty well on both my Mac and PC. Can't really validate your experience but sorry to hear that...

BTW, they don't say that it's free on their website...there is a page called "store" that shows you it has a cost.
