| I was told about a program for Native americans (section 184) so I went on line and found it. I read about it and it looked good so I filled out the application. The nexted day a loan agent called and said he had a loan for me and it would need money down for the first 6 months payment . Which I would have to send western Union because it was a small loan, only the big number loans were able to do bank tranfers. So he emailed me papers to fill out and fax bsck to him. Then send the 3000 in two payment of 1400.00 each to two different people the were the agencent for the insurence on the loan. that was theJuly 29,2011. I signed them and fax it back and sent off payments.. The next day on vaction Nathan called and said that the insrence needed three thousand more for the account to go throw so I hurried down to safeway in Oregon to do the money. Then I get a call from Patric saying he is Nathan's boss and there was a problem with the loan and the company that was to give me a loan backed out but they had found another compny to back the loan because I was now in a law sit for thosands of dallars (the compay that backed out was being sit by Meridian and me.) They would take over the loan but they only had loan brackets that were real high and they had a low one of 160,000 they would offer me. But I would need 5600 more so I could get this loan so off I went to send it. The nxt day Patric called and said that the money was there, but, There was TAX due on the money. 3000. so I borrowed money and wnt to pay it. Patric told me with in 4 hours the money would be in my account . Two days later and still no answer. I would hate to see them do this to someone else. |

| Me and my wife we looking for a 5000 dollar loan online. We filled out a few applications with some directories for people with bad credit. We got a call from Dale Alexander at Meridian National Trust out of New York. He said that he had gotten me gauranteed approval for a 5000 dollar loan but I needed to pay the first 4 months in advance which was a total of 900 dollars. He said that most their clients borrow the money from family and pay it back the next day because Meridian would deposit the money into their checking account within 24 hours. We borrowed the money and he requested that we send it Western Union and so we did. After I called and he verified the payment, I was told I would have the money would be deposited into my account the following day. The next day at 4:30PM I got an email from Dale saying that a senior manager Steve Cohen needed to speak with me regarding my loan. I called Steve and he said that after a secondary review, the lender wanted 4 more months of collateral to complete my loan (another $900). I sent the money a couple of days later and was told I would get the loan the next day. Well the next day I called and called. It was @ 4:00pm before I finally reached Steve telling me that the lender backed out of the loan and that they were going to sue the lender for breaching the contract. He said that they could get me my refund by no later than the 3rd of Sept. but possibly sooner. Now, every time I try to reach them I can't get an answer from Dale Alexander, Steve Cohen, or even Customer Service. I just hope this doesn't happen to you and your family. |
