Way over priced and than harrasement for money

We hire Hernando Mesa to do drywall in our restaurant. We had seen work he had done before and knew he only charged 5000 for that work which was reasonable. He can in and started the job and after two week of hardley doing anthing was already charging us 9000.00. When Mesa was asked about permits, he had never pulled them and he is a class a contractor, he should know better.On top of the grief with the city he also used chinese drywall, which all had to be replaced. He walked off the job, and than 16 mos later demanded payment. The nerve and unprofessionalism. He than tried to send a bill for 19000 for pain and suffing of his family and illegal workers. Really what ate we building a sky scraper? If you need home improvement, roofing , or drywall done... do not hire this man. He will not have proper permits, licence, and he will change the price mid job.
