Do your research when dealing with this company. The owner, Charles F Manning, has unpaid contractors, excessive legal problems, and has a trail of unhappy customers. He loves to listen to himself speak and has an irritating way of overusing metaphors and idioms. Overall a bad and experience!

MetaXpert is a company that is riding owner Charles Manning's rails to destruction. This guy will sell his company as experienced consultants, designers, and developers, and then over-work them so they can't focus on projects, grossly overstate what his company can do, and generally charge you something close to 4 or 5 times the going rate of what any other (legitimate) company can provide you.

They will especially seek out non-web-savvy customers; all the better to pull the wool over their eyes and have them sign "boilerplate" contracts that are so loaded in MetaXpert's favor that you won't even have the opportunity to take them to court when they deliver you a deficient product, if they bother to deliver anything at all.
