Mr. Birnkrant operates under any number of "business fronts." He will call himself a wealthy real estate developer, and dupes you in to investing hundreds of thousands of dollars with him. He comes off like someones grandfather, and when he's caught and you sue him he has "Alzheimers." His wife and son are no better. His home base is the Chicago Illinois area, (that's appropos), and you will find him in Cal, and New England. He is good at his con-game. He has a "resume' of Billions of dollars of closed deals. He is associated with many Chicago mobster types. He doesn't have a pot to piss in, run away from this guy, and run fast.

The way to tell if a complaint is legitimate is simply to see if there are details. There are none here, just apparently an internet troll trying to liable a good and hard working and extremely smart businessman.

I know this because I have been a buyer and a seller on several real estate deals with Michael Birnkrant dating back to 2002 in Chicago (the city that works).

I have experienced two things while working with Michael on 5 real estate deals.. Integrity and Intelligence.
