I and others worked as Security Guards for Ronnin Risk our location was the NRT, National Retail Transportation site in Compton,CA. We were always getting our pay checks late or our hours were incorrectshorted money every payday. I ended up filing a claim with the Calif. Labor Department, Long Beach office I was awarded a $3000.00 Judgement on June 15th, 2008. Mr. Michael Petty did not show up for the Hearing, I won the case I had all my time cards, pay stubs and telephone cills showing I called his office for my pay check. The State of California State Francise Board tried to find his bank account . I came across this site to see others that were ripped off from Michale Petty. we need to all go find him at his new job...you'll find him at Guard Trax see below web site info: For more information on GuardTrax, contact Mike Petty at [email protected] or 908-458-4127. My co-worker deposited his pay check it bounced and caused him many problems.I can't get the california Goverment to go after him in another stse but I want to place an advertisement in his home town paper "scam Michael petty left workers unpaid in California".
