| WE BOUGHT A DIESEL FOR 13000 ONLY TO FIND OUT IT HAS A BAD HEAD GASKET AN OTHER ISSUES AND RYAN GOAD SAID I DID NOT HAVE 30 DAYS ON THE VECHICLE NOR WOULD HE FIX THE PROBLEM WHICH IS A HEAD GASKET AN THE DEALERSHIP WANTS ALMOST 5 THOUSAND TO FIX AND I JUST GOT THE TRUCK LAST THURSDAY SO I HAND THAD IT A FULL WEEK AN IM HAVING NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS |

| We bought a truck from there as well. The air conditioning went out before we were 2 hours away from the dealership. We have had the truck for 3 weeks and have already had to put an air conditioner in it for 550.00 as well as a new TRANSMISSION!!! Yes, that is right. The TRANSMISSION went out of it less than 2 weeks after we got the truck. We called the dealership on the way home with the truck, but the contract we signed does say we DO NOT have 30 days. What a load of CRAP!! I would recommend going somewhere else. |

| I have purchased a couple trucks from these guys for my roofing company. Both have been good trucks. I will most likely buy again from them. Every truck they sell is sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY. Why would anyone expect them to pay for repairs when it is sold AS-IS? I would recommend you people should buy new trucks if you want a guarantee or warranty. If you want a cheaper price, you take a chance on a used truck. Besides, most of their trucks have OVER 200k miles. Why would anyone or any company put a gurantee on something with 200k miles? Sounds to me, you both were satisfied with the condition of the trucks or you wouldn't have bought them. Its one thing when you buy something with a guarantee and a dealer refuses to fix the vehicle when there is an issue, BUT its another when you were NOT given a warranty, & you get on sites like this crying like a baby, because you bought something AS-IS and now you have issues and your on your own. Suck it up...Shut up...and deal with it. |

They did not care at all, then got mad at me for calling all the time when they were "out od town". A month later talked to Randy I think it was, and he cursed me out on they phone, I could not believe it. I wished I knew more people in Decatur, I would deffinatally pass the work on locally about those guys. Once they get the money, you are on your own with them.

I bought a 2006 dodge 2500 from ryan goad at midwest diesel trucks two days of owning the truck the 4wd acuator module goes out and i called them the said theirs nothing they can do and oh well then i paid for temporary plate and never recive the plate and ask them about a refund ryan said no i cant get my money back then ryan tells me over the phone to go f myself and that im a piece of sh#t and f off and never by a truck from them again and i said i never plan. For everyone out their DO NOT BYE ATRUCK FROM THESE GUYS big rip off i wouldnt send the person i hate the most to these guys stay away the trucks are cheap price by full of problems guys that bought dodge chevys and fords from these guys are having problems with their trucks the state of illinois needs to shut them down.
