Beware! www.milaneze.com is a fraudulent website. Their products are fake and very low quality. The actual price is SEVEN! times higher than on receipt they include in the parcel. They explain it as lower price items dont get stuck in customs. For a refund they require to write all the items at a lower price and not the actual price, otherwise they refuse to give refund. And most of all, they still dont give any money back for return items. I sent my return parcel in the middle of January 2011 and I havent got any refund. Customer service is not responding my emails. I strongly would not recommend buying anything from their website.

I think this message is left by competition. I purchased goods from Milaneze 3 times.
And each time I got what I paid for. 2 times parcels came from Turkey and one - from Italy.
One time t-shirt was too small and I shipped it back. I got the bigger size in a few days and free of charge. I really hate to see that anyone can just post a stupid message without any proof and harm a honestly run business.
And by the way - I bought Prada shoes and manager in Montreal Browns store told me it is NOT fake. Same for Kilah and Miss Sixty dress for my girlfriend. And D&G shoes I got - was shipped from Italy and it is real as well.
