This whole thing began when I clicked on a LEAN SPA ad. They were offering a "system" with a 1 pill for energy/appetite control and the other for colon cleansing. This was a "Risk-Free" offer. I received the two products, looked at the ingredients, and decided to cancel. I placed the "trial" order on 11/5/2010 and cancelled BOTH products on 11/9/2010. The LeanSpa Call Center cancelled my order promptly and behaved in a professional manner.
The Colon Cleanse Call Center was difficult to reach and the Representative was VERY reluctant to cancel my order. I insisted and was told that I would never receive another product or charge again. Today 2/3/11, I received the following e-mail:(Note: I was not on the computer on 2/2/11 at 10:07:16PM, so could not have ordered this!
