I recently purchased a PBx1000 Cagllari Daytona Pocket Bike in April 2011, I recieved emailes about the order would take longer because of customs. I waited patiently however I did recieve the bike. A month or so later I ordered a PBx1350 R32 Viper 4-Stroke Super Bike, which cost me a little over eight hundred bucks, again I recieved 7 emails stating that my order would take longer than exspected or maybe even backordered due to customes. I called the 800 number provided on the web-site waited ten minutes until a female picked up the phone and I required about my order. I had just spent 800.00 dollars so I felt like I needed to hear what was the problem form a person than recieving emails about ny order. when I inquired about my order, rudely she told me that they emailed me and it was self explanatory. I told her about my previous order and how well it went but asked her do they always have a problem with customs. I was told that she would cancel my current order before hanging up in my face. "I never asked for my order to be canceled I just simply wanted to know why do orders take so long from them. I called back and waited an additional ten minutes. "Keep in mind I have 800 bucks tied up in this mess" . The youg lady who I suspect is named Lisa answered the phone again. I told her that I wanted to check on my order but someone hung up in my face. Again click she hung up in my face again. I called for the final and third time and I spoke with a guy who called himself Jay who was a little more polite who offered to change the bike to one that was in stock. When I told him about the previous operator he didnt sound suprised at all. He listened to what I had to say but I think their in this game together. People Please be aware of this company and the persons who are running it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please check ripoff and scam websites before purchasing items from MINIPOCKETROCKETS.com. I also see where they have testimonals on their website. I couldn't find any reviews to leave a comment after my first order with them to share how pleased I was with my order. So that part of the website seems to be a scam as well. I'm sure they have more complaints than good deeds. Beware people Beware!!!!!

This company is still at this game. Just received a similar email saying my order was held up indefinitely by customs. I am glad I saw this post. I will cancel my order.
