Breeder did not answer phone or email from either Delta cargo or me for shipping cost and it was a holiday weekend. If I did not pay ship cost piglet would have been taken to shelter(if available) or left without food or water for weekend in cargo hold area. Delta cargo does not handle live animals in the warehouse.

I paid fee took piglet and contacted breeder by phone left voice mail and email.

Received an immediate response from Brooke McCarty, breeder, apologizing and stating her husband had dropped off several piglets at airport and mistakenly sent my piglet COD when the cost was for another persons piglet. She said she would refund money immediately. 2 weeks went by no check contacted her again she stated she sent the check and it was cashed. I asked for a copy of the cashed check so I could trace it she was to email it to me. No cancelled check or refund came.

I finally filed reports with BBB along with Government internet scam reporting agency and Mississippi/Tennessee Agriculture department for transporting livestock cruelty. BBB has stated they have contacted Ms. McCarty and Mississippi Mini piglets several times without getting an answer.

I contacted Mrs. McCarty one last time so called husband answered phone said, he was tired of being threatened by me and BBB He didn't care what his wife, Brooke McCarty and I had contracted this was his extra money and HUNG UP!
